This weekend on Creature Features:
Join us as we watch 1983’s “Prisoners of the Lost Universe” with Richard Hatch, Kay Lenz and John Saxon. A wonderfully silly film you won’t want to pass up. With us will be director Evan Cecil to chat about his new horror film “Lasso.”
Part of the benefit of this ludicrous changing-of-the-clocks policy we must all endure…

…is that on this weekend of the fall, we “gain” an hour. Which, if one diligently skips through the commercials, will almost certainly supply enough free time to watch most of our show. Imagine that: watching Creature Features without short-changing the rest of your day.
This Saturday night:
Join us as we watch “Atom Age Vampire.” A movie that has little to do with nuclear science or Dracula, but an entertaining film nonetheless. Also with us will be Roger Rhoten, operator of the Sebastiani Theatre in Sonoma. Rumored to be haunted, we’ll be showing never-before-seen footage of what might be the theater’s ghost.

Last Week’s Mail

Episode 96 Mail
Our final episode. Last one. Terminado. Fini. Fertig. Fenito.

Clarification: the last episode of our first two year run. Beginning with our Halloween episode next weekend, we’ll be launching year 3 of our show. Expect a new opening. Tangella with new hair. And you can also assume a few other surprises as well.
Tonight on Creature Features:
Little Shop of Horrors, the tale of a man-eating plant and the goofy characters helping it, one of them being a very young Jack Nicholson. Joining us will be Damon Collingsworth who operates California Carnivores. A nursery that specializes only in man-eating plants.

Episode 95 Mail
Unlike every other film that shows up on your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu feed…

…this film does not star Ryan Gosling. Nor is it in consideration of being remade this year to be starred by The Rock. It is not being rebooted by Disney to the anger of its fans and it is not a film that either DC or Marvel would spend $10 worth of CGI enhancing.
