Bela Lugosi wasn’t in too many color films. This is one of them. We’ll be showing 1947’s “Scared to Death.” The movie starts with a dead woman. Who was apparently scared to death. The rest of the film flashes back to how she found herself in this unenviable position.

We can’t count the number of requests we’ve had for this movie. People would ask for it without even knowing the title of the film, i.e “Show the one with the doll attacking the woman in her apartment…” And while many might mock TV horror movies from the 1970’s, most people hold “Trilogy of Terror” in very high regard.

Typically we associate ants with summertime and picnics. But get enough of these little troublemakers together and you have all the ingredients needed for a good horror film. Join us on Saturday as we watch “Ants!” from 1977. This movie came out the same year as Star Wars did and we can pretty much assure you that the former is in no way better than the latter.

We present you with one of the greatest Sci-fi/Horror films ever made: 1957’s “The Giant Claw.” This film has everything: a magnificent cast, a stellar script and the most incredible special effects you’ve ever seen…. Ok, maybe we’re fibbing a bit about that last part.

…two-day-old episodes of Creature Feature reheat quite well and can make a delicious snack. Pro Tip: reheat it in a frying pan instead of the oven or, god forbid, in the microwave.
We take you back to the 70’s again with the woefully underrated “The Horror at 37,000 Feet.” This is actually quite a well-made film that deserves a spot far higher on the horror-movie ratings list than where it currently dwells. We could go into great deal about what the story entails, but look at it this way: this film was produced at the height of the Airport movies and knockoffs caused by The Exorcist.
