In case you missed Saturday’s episode, here’s the interactive magic trick Jay did with the viewers at home.

We’ll be showing “The Amazing Mr. X” from 1948. Vince isn’t too impressed with this film, but that’s usually a sure way to tell that the audience will like it. However, the real magic of our upcoming episode lies with our guest.

…a beautiful hillside in Washington state inconveniently placed over an active caldera, literally blew her top. If you lived within several zip codes of that area, you likely ended up having a really bad day. But who wants to be saddened by unsavory nuggets of history when you can instead watch last Saturday’s episode of Creature Features on Vimeo?

We’ll be showing a flick we haven’t played as of yet called “Teenage Zombies” from 1959. From what little we’ve seen, it looks kind of goofy, but that’s par for the course here at Creature Features. Because if we actually showed a good movie, our viewers would be confused and switch off to another station under the impression we’d been preempted.

Doing things like attending concerts, premiere parties in Beverly Hills or jetting out to Aspen to get in some skiing. (Actually, he doesn’t do anything like that. He’s spends most weekends playing chess with Livingston and helping Tangella track down one of her wayward goats.)
It’s going to be a rather ghostly night at the Poulter Mansion. Joining us will be paranormal investigator Devin Sisk. He’ll tell us what it is like being a real-life ghostbuster, where to find the best ghosts across the country and even regale us with a chilling tale about that one time when he died.

…or if maybe you forgot how to find YouTube, here’s last week’s show served freshly reheated from our friends at Vimeo.

Mr. Livingston has developed a scientific formula for viewer reactions to the independent films we sometimes present – Two-thirds of our viewers love them. One third will despise them. So this weekend, we plan to make two-thirds of our audience really happy since we’ll be showing 2006’s “The Beckoning.”
