This weekend on Creature Features:

Mr. Livingston has developed a scientific formula for viewer reactions to the independent films we sometimes present – Two-thirds of our viewers love them. One third will despise them. So this weekend, we plan to make two-thirds of our audience really happy since we’ll be showing 2006’s “The Beckoning.” An eerie film with a couple of really funny parts that is one-part ghosts, one-part reincarnation and many-parts familiar scenery if you live in or near Marin County, California. And joining us for this worldwide television premiere will be the creator of tonight’s movie, filmmaker Don Scioli. He’ll tell us what it took to make this film and explain, in great detail, exactly why 200 trained rats simply were not even nearly enough. All this and the end result of Livingston losing a bet to Tangella this Saturday night at 10PM PST on KOFY TV20, the YouTube link above, our Roku, AppleTV and FireTV channels and on a dubious selection of stellar television stations nationwide. Don’t miss it!
