There’s something evil coming to the Poulter Mansion this weekend. Some could argue that it is already there in the form of a 1.6 meter waif with stringy hair. Or one might conjecture that it is our guest, Kari Byron from Mythbusters coming to spread a dark pall over the household. In this case, it is neither.
For this weekend we’ll serve up a fine piece of cinema from 1972 entitled “Something Evil.” Steven Spielberg helmed this spooky made-for-tv movie when he was only just a kid. And he did quite well with it. Starring Darrin McGavin, Sandy Dennis and Ralph Bellamy, you won’t want to miss this fun frolic on a freaky farm. Oh, it also stars Johnny Whitaker. You’ll remember him as the freckled-faced kid from Family Affair. But there will be no Buffy nor Mrs. Beasley in this scary movie.
All this while Tangella throws a garage sale, next Saturday night at 9PM Pacific at the enclosed link and on-demand at our Roku, AppleTV and FireTV channels. Don’t miss it!
