Now that December and the Christmas season have arrived, Vince has insisted we celebrate this winter holiday as much as possible. And there is no better way to kick-off a succession of yuletide cheer than with a film called “Home for the Holidays.” Starring Sally Field, Elanor Parker, Walter Brennan and a delightful collection of others, this 1972 film clearly demonstrates that Aaron Spelling was a fabulous producer before he created “The Love Boat.” This mild slasher also stars one of Vince’s favorite British actresses, Jill Haworth, who manages to articulate a fairly-believable mid-Atlantic cadence.
Sitting in the guest chair will be the talented artist, Bart Frescura. His specialty is creating fabulous horror masks. He’ll share some of his creations with us and we’re sure you’ll find his work to be most impressive.
All this while Tangella cooks up another batch of nitroglycerin, this Saturday night at 9PM Pacific Time at the YouTube link above, 10PM on KOFY TV20 and on-demand at our Roku, AppleTV and FireTV channels. Don’t miss it!
Step aside kids, and let Mr. Bob Wilkins show us how it’s done.
The interview with Christopher Lee alone, is worth the price of admission.
