“The Ghost in the Invisible Bikini” from 1966. We probably should have saved this one for summer instead of rainy November, but most of it takes place indoors, so it’s probably OK. Originally titled “The Girl in the Glass Bikini” and slated to star Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon, this film soon morphed into “Pajama Party in a Haunted House” until it was renamed to its final title. We’d have to say the two biggest stars in this one are Boris Karloff and Basil Rathbone, but they didn’t receive much prominence on the credits compared to Tommy Kirk, Deborah Walley, Nancy Sinatra and Aron Kincaid. Even Susan Hart, who plays the titular ghost doesn’t get much love in the credits. In any case, it’s a fun film we think you’ll like and it won’t frighten even the smallest kids. But don’t force your teenagers to watch it because they’ll think it’s stupid.
No guest scheduled, so you can expect the usual slop we serve on those shows where we have no company.
