Thank You!
A big thank you from your friends at the Poulter Mansion to the greatest group of viewers in the world. We greatly appreciate your support!
This Saturday on Creature Features:
A bit of an unusual one for you this weekend: “Journey to The Center of The Earth” from 1993. This was a pilot-movie for a potential TV series that would star a few forgotten actors from the 90’s, a few notable yet obscure Star Trek actors and the legendary F.
This week on Wayback Wednesday:
We’ll revisit episode #104 from 2018. The movie was “The Amazing Mr. X” from 1948 and our guest was the lovely Kathy Garver who played “Cissy” on the tv series Family Affair. This Wednesday at 8PM Pacific. Don’t miss it!
This Saturday:
Another evening with an eve. This time, New Year’s eve. The way we see it, you likely have two choices – you can put on your party-suit and attend that boring soiree as you battle one of the most intense winter storms ever, or you can stay home, warm and cozy and ring in the new year with your friends at the Poulter Mansion.
This week on Wayback Wednesday:
We’ll be showing episode #101 from November 24th, 2018. Vince is joined by comic book artist Tom Yeates, an amazing illustrator who has worked on Prince Valiant, Swamp Thing and many other famous comics. We’ll be watching 1973’s “The Werewolf of Washington”, a fun film starring Dean Stockwell and Jacqueline Brookes.
This Saturday on Creature Features:
It will be Christmas Eve, of course, and we would be remiss not to present some yuletide cheer. This year it will be “A Christmas Carol” from 1984. A really good version of this story, this one stars George C. Scott and features some of the spookiest ghosts we’ve ever seen in this Dickens classic.
This Saturday on Creature Features:
We’ll be watching “Hangar 18” from 1980. This film has many parallels to our recent Friday broadcast of “Capricorn One.” Enjoy the deja vu. Starring Darren McGavin, Robert Vaughn and Gary Collins, this is a fun flick about an orbiting space shuttle that has a fender-bender with an alien spacecraft that forces said spacemen to crash land, allowing the US government to exploit secrets from a more-advanced civilization.
This Friday:
Join Vincent and Tangella as they watch “The Devil’s Rain” from 1975 starring William Shatner, Ernest Borgnine and Ida Lupino. Friday at 8PM Pacific only on YouTube. Don’t miss it!
Please note: Due to licensing restrictions, this program will only be available to viewers in the United States.
Wayback Wednesday:
This week we will present episode 100 of Creature Features from November 2018. Our guest was Erin Brockovich and the movie was “The Brain That Wouldn’t Die” from 1962. Don’t miss this blast-to-the past next Wednesday night at 8PM Pacific, only on YouTube!
