We’ll serve up a delicious UFO movie called “The Return” from 1980. Starring Cybill Shepherd before she began “Moonlighting” and Jan-Michael Vincent after his Hollywood star had faded, this is actually a good film that has all the ingredients you’d expect from a UFO movie: cattle mutilations, alien abduction, mind-control and barking dogs in a desert town. Add walk-on parts from Martin Landau, Raymond Burr and Vincent Schiavelli and you’ve got yourself a film that was poorly received in 1980 but is a wonderfully nostalgic gem today.

Joining us to watch this flying saucer movie will not be a UFO expert, but the next best thing – the owner of a fantastic curio shop. We’ll be joined by Sean Quigley who operates Paxton Gate – a dispensary of the bizarre located in San Francisco. He’ll show us some of the items from his store, tell us how to make a frog transparent and give us his take on the night’s film.
