Not legal in California, sorry. It’s legal to own a serval cat in Nevada, Idaho, Wisconsin, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia with no license required. However, we won’t tell anyone, and I recommend his/her name be Soots. Loading... Reply
